The College of Teacher Education (CTED) of Cagayan State University–Piat Campus conducted its Mid-Year Performance Review cum Operational Planning on July 7–8, 2026, to assess the college's accomplishments for the first half of the year, review performance targets, and formulate plans for the succeeding rating period.
During the activity, all CTED faculty members presented their accomplishments covering the period from January to June 2026. The presentations were evaluated by the College Performance Management Team (CPMT), composed of the College Dean as Chair, the Program Chairs as Vice Chairs, and the College Research Coordinator, College Extension Coordinator, and College Individual Performance Review and Management (IPRM) Coordinator as members.
Following the presentations, College Dean Dr. Jocelyn D. Tuliao addressed the faculty members and acknowledged their efforts during the first six months of the year.
The review was followed by an operational planning session, during which the faculty members, led by the dean, examined unmet performance targets. The participants conducted a root cause analysis to determine the factors contributing to the unmet targets and identified strategies to address them during the next rating period.
The college also conducted a target-setting session for the succeeding rating period to align faculty members' planned outputs with the college's performance goals.
As part of the activity, faculty members signed their Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) forms, signifying their performance commitments for the next rating period.
The two-day activity concluded with team-building activities participated in by the CTED faculty members.
