To articulate a shared vision, the designated officials of this campus engaged in the two-day Campus Operational Planning 2024 at Alta Vista Ilocandia, Caparispisan, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.
This two-day operational planning workshop aimed to develop a comprehensive tactical and operational plan of the campus including its work and financial plan, risk management plan, action plans and its priority projects along instruction, research, extension, production, infrastructure, facilities and others.
The different sessions and workshops enabled the designated officials and heads of offices to strategically plan for their respective offices leading to the attainment of their office targets, thereby, contributing to the realizations of the campus goals and the University Vision.
