CSU PIAT: EXPLORATORY MEETING ON SPMS STAGE 4

The Office of the Chief Administrative, together with the University Planning and Development Office, successfully conducted an Exploratory Meeting on the Implementation of Stage 4 (Performance Rewarding and Performance Development) of the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) on February 2, 2026, at CSU Piat.
The meeting focused on completing the SPMS cycle by discussing strategies for Stage 4 implementation, ensuring alignment with the PRIME-HRM framework to promote fair performance rewarding and employee development across the University.
The program officially opened with a Welcome Message from Campus Executive Officer Dr. Hitler C. Dangatan, followed by the Overview of Purpose and Objectives presented by the Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Ramon Henry Peregrino O. Kanapi. Dr. Florentina Dumlao, Technical Consultant, shared insights on previous SPMS efforts and led the discussion on Stage 4 implementation and its relevance to PRIME-HRM.
The activity also featured an open forum for questions, clarifications, and recommendations, and concluded with Closing Remarks from University Planning and Development Director, Mr. Ian Roger M. Francisco, emphasizing the importance of fully implementing Stage 4 to make the SPMS functional, meaningful, and sustainable.
The meeting was attended by university and campus officials, including technical consultant, faculty regent, academic directors/coordinators, administrative officers, and campus planning officers, demonstrating CSU’s strong commitment to a performance-driven and development-oriented human resource management system.
