CSU Piat Campus Hosts FLICK Seminar on Public Sector Employee Organization

Cagayan State University (CSU) Piat Campus made notable progress in professional development with the successful hosting of the Faculty Learning Intervention for Competent Knowledge (FLICK) seminar on August 16, 2024. This in-person seminar, centered on the organization of public sector employees, was attended by all faculty members, the campus Human Resource Management Officer (HRMO), and the Campus Administrative Officer.

The event was a joint effort by the Campus Faculty Association, CSU Piat Administration, and the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Region 2. Its purpose was to deliver thorough training and valuable insights into effective management and organizational strategies relevant to public sector roles.
