June 9, 2025 – Piat, Cagayan — The Cagayan State University (CSU) Piat Campus marked its 47th founding anniversary today under the theme “Soaring High: Celebrating 47 Years of Excellence and Transformation at Cagayan State University.”
The celebration began with a campus parade and motorcade that took place around the town, showcasing the unity and pride of the faculty and staff.
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of the Accomplishment Report for the first and second quarters of the year, along with the Way Forward Plan, which outlines the campus's strategic goals and initiatives for the future.
As part of the anniversary celebration, the campus recognized the outstanding contributions of its workforce. Certificates of recognition were awarded to faculty and staff who have demonstrated exemplary performance in their roles. Loyalty awards were also given to employees who have dedicated years of service to the institution. Additional recognitions included honors for outstanding faculty and staff based on the First Semester IPCR, as well as top-performing faculty based on student evaluations.
The celebration served not only as a commemoration of CSU’s 47 remarkable years but also as an inspiration for the university community to continue striving for excellence and transformation in the years ahead.
