DTI Undersecretary Blesila A. Lantayona Visits CSU Piat Processing Facilities

Piat, Cagayan — Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Undersecretary Blesila A. Lantayona, together with DTI Region 02 officials and staff, visited today the Dairy Processing Facility and Tropical Fruits Processing Facility of Cagayan State University (CSU) Piat Campus.
The visit aimed to showcase CSU Piat’s processing facilities as a model for micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) growth and resilience, highlighting how academic institutions can support local industries through innovation, research, and enterprise development.
Through this partnership, DTI and CSU Piat reaffirm their commitment to strengthen MSME competitiveness, promote local products, and contribute to inclusive regional development.
