The College of Information and Computing Sciences (CICS) has emerged as the overall 1st runner-up in the recently concluded Uniwide ICT Skills Competition held today at Cagayan State University-Aparri Campus. This year’s event carried the theme "CICS at the Forefront: Conquering Individuality, Celebrating Success."
The following students earned recognition for their outstanding achievements in various contested events:
Champion in Digital Slogan: Alexis Andrei Ramirez

Champion in Photojournalism: Arnold Dalere Jr.
Coach: Jason Brian Q. Arugay
1st Runner-Up in Mobile Vlogging: Jeamarie Ocasso and Arnold Dalere Jr.

1st Runner-Up in Static Web Design: Joseph Cajocson and Christopher Gamata
Coaches: Rodel M. Genobili and Rubelyn Padilla
1st Runner-Up in Digital Poster Making: Remuel Tejero
Coach: John Patrick A. Maderazo
Cagayan State University-Piat (CSUP) also commends the efforts of other student participants who represented CICS in other contested events, as well as the faculty members of CICS who provided unwavering support to the students.
