Congratulations to Dr. Nonito Pattugalan, Dean of the College of Agriculture at Cagayan State University – Piat Campus, for being declared as one of the Regional Winners in the 2025 Search for Outstanding Government Workers – CSC Pagasa Award (Individual Category)!
The announcement was made by the HAP-SOGW Regional Committee on Awards, recognizing Dr. Pattugalan’s exemplary performance, unwavering dedication, and impactful contributions that have significantly benefited not just one, but multiple government agencies and institutions.
The CSC Pagasa Award is given to individuals or groups whose outstanding accomplishments have directly contributed to the improvement of more than one government department or agency. It is one of the prestigious recognitions under the Civil Service Commission’s Honor Awards Program (HAP).
