Cagayan State University (CSU) Piat Campus successfully conducted its Campus Target Setting and Cascading cum Operational Planning for CY 2026, bringing together campus officials, college deans, unit heads, and coordinators to align institutional objectives with the University’s strategic goals and directions.
The activity focused on cascading campus targets aligned with SUC mandates, Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) requirements, and the University’s strategic priorities, covering instruction, research and innovation, extension and community engagement, internationalization, partnerships and resource mobilization, as well as general administration and support services. These targets were translated into clear and measurable Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) indicators to support results-based monitoring and evaluation.
The program also emphasized aligning approved targets with indicative budget allocations and Work and Financial Plans (WFPs). Through collaborative planning, OPCR finalization, and ceremonial signing, the campus reaffirmed its commitment to accountability, transparency, and collective action toward achieving its CY 2026 goals.
