Piat, Cagayan — The Cagayan State University - Piat (CSU-Piat) ROTC Unit successfully underwent the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) on May 21, 2025, at the CSU-Piat campus grounds.
This year’s inspection was led by Colonel Jesus C. Pagala, MNSA, PA, who chairs the 2025 RAATI Inspection Team. The rigorous evaluation is part of the annual assessment conducted to ensure that ROTC units uphold high standards in military training, administration, and tactical proficiency.
The inspection aimed to assess the overall efficiency and performance of the CSU-Piat ROTC Unit in both administrative and tactical aspects, including drill ceremonies, disaster response operations, and community engagement initiatives. It also serves as a benchmark for excellence and continuous improvement among ROTC units in the region.
The event was attended by university officials, faculty and staff, and students, who all showed support for the ROTC program and its cadets. The CSU-Piat community welcomed the inspection team with enthusiasm and readiness.
