Cagayan State University–Piat Campus successfully conducted its Campus Mid-year Performance Review covering the January–June 2026 Accomplishments and Operational Planning for the remaining half of the year Cum Team Building last July 21-22 at Rai Atrium, Sta. Ana, Cagayan. The two-day activity gathered the Campus Executive Officer, College Deans, Heads of Offices, Campus Coordinators and Campus Student Council President to review the campus\\\' accomplishments, align priorities, and strengthen teamwork.\\r\\nIn his opening message, CEO Hitler C. Dangatan expressed his sincere appreciation to all faculty and staff for their unwavering commitment and valuable contributions to the University\\\'s accomplishments during the first half of the year. He emphasized that the Mid-Year Performance Review is not only a venue to present accomplishments but also an opportunity to assess progress, address challenges, and strengthen plans and strategies for the remaining months of 2026.\\r\\nCampus Planning Officer, Ms. Rachel Ann O. Caranguian ,underscored the significance of the Mid-Year Performance Review as a strategic platform for assessing accomplishments, identifying areas for improvement, and aligning operational plans to ensure the successful attainment of campus and university goals. She encouraged everyone to continue working together toward the betterment of CSU Piat Campus and the University as a whole.\\r\\nDuring the activity, the College Deans and Heads of Offices presented their respective accomplishments for the period January to June 2026, highlighting their performance in achieving the SUC and PBB targets, key milestones, and the challenges encountered across instruction, research, extension, production, and administration. The campus Perfomance Management Team served as the panel of evaluators, providing feedback and recommendations to further enhance institutional performance.\\r\\nThe afternoon session focused on Operational Planning where the Campus Coordinators presented the strategic directions and targets for July - December 2026, ensuring that all colleges and offices remain aligned with the campus\\\' priorities and performance commitments for the second half of the year.\\r\\nThe second day featured team building activities designed to strengthen teamwork, collaboration, communication, and camaraderie among the campus\\\' key academic and administrative leaders, fostering stronger collaboration and reaffirming the University\\\'s commitment to organizational excellence.
