CSU OIC President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez Leads Visit to PCC and CSU Piat Dairy Center to Oversee Financed Projects

In a significant move to ensure the progress and efficiency of ongoing projects, key administrative figures from Cagayan State University, led by OIC President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, conducted a visit to the Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) and the CSU Piat Dairy Center on August 13, 2024. The inspection brought together Dr. Junel Guzman, CEO Roger Rumpon, and PCC OIC Director Dr. Rovina Piñera.

The visit aimed to monitor the status of various CSU-financed projects currently being implemented at PCC.
